We truly appreciate your support and patience. To ensure the highest quality carbon fiber products, some items are made to order by our manufacturer rather than kept in stock. As a result, certain orders may take up to 4 weeks to be produced and delivered. While we understand waiting isn't always ideal, this process allows us to offer premium parts with the craftsmanship and finish our customers expect. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Time:
- Domestic Shipping: Orders within Canada typically take 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
- International Shipping: International orders can take between 7-10 business days depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you experience any delays, please contact our support team.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us with photos and details of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to non-defective returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized orders, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Out-of-Stock Policy
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will have the option to either pre-order or request a made-to-order part, depending on availability.
Pre-ordered Parts:
Pre-ordered parts will be shipped as soon as they are restocked, and you will be notified of the estimated shipping date upon placing your order.
Made-To-Oder Parts
For made-to-order parts, please allow 20-25 days for production time before the part is shipped. We will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure timely delivery. For certain low-demand items, we offer them exclusively as made-to-order, meaning the part will be produced after your order is placed.
Please note that pre-ordered and made-to-order parts may have extended delivery times but are fully covered by our standard warranty and return policies.
Warranty Policy
All of our carbon fiber parts come with a limited [12-month] warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

- Damage from car accidents.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
